TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.

#5.) Shipping dates are Monday Thru Friday on Orders Placed before Noon Eastern Time. Items will be shipped out the next on all others items except on Friday, Orders will be shipped on Monday.
Next Day Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped next day when ordered prior to Noon Eastern time This is our policy and not a guarantee. Larger orders will require additional time. (Times do not include weekends or holidays)
Hawaii and Alaska need to go UPS 3-day or UPS 1-day. Some of the suppliers do ship to these states however some do not and there is no guarantee.
Shipping to Canada :
Most Items can be shipped to Canada, Items that cannot are marked as such and cannot be combined with shipments to Canada.
CANADIAN TAXES AND DUTIES: Prices do not include taxes and duties for Canadian residents. Payment of Canadian taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and due upon receipt of the product.
ADDRESS CORRECTION: We pass along to our customers an address correction surcharge of $9.00 for ground shipping and $14.00 for express shipping, that is assessed by the carrier, e.g., UPS, FEDEX, DHL.
Over Seas: Please be aware of rules to the country the item may go. Please contact Us For information about shipping prices, and if your item can be shipped to a certain Location. We are Bound by our Suppliers.
Guarantee & Return Policy
At Delivery Gift Baskets, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However if your client is not satisfied with their purchase or gift, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one). Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets it is important for any issues to be brought to our attention immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued to you. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns are done at your expense.
If you are approved for a return, the following must be met:
1. Gift must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED. < br />
2. Gift must be returned at customers expense. < br />
3. Once gift is received back in our facility, we will determine if the above requirements have been met. Any refund will be issued to you. (no refund on any shipping costs). < br />
4. We do not accept returns of food gifts.
Returns must be received by us within 10 days of original purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Gift Baskets is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Delivery Gift Baskets. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Delivery Gift Baskets will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.

Delivery Gift Baskets has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying the recipient that an attempt was made for delivery. The carrier’s directions on the notice must be followed for delivery. If any package is returned to Delivery Gift Baskets for any reason, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with no fee up the time the actual order has been designed and processed. After 1:00 PM EST. Time, it is very difficult to find one box in a mass of boxes but we will do our very best to prevent the order from shipping. If we are unable to collect the box prior to shipping a Intercept Fee of $15 will be charged to have the box redirected back to our production facility.

Substitution Policy
We make every effort to ensure that the gifts we offer are available as seen on our pages. In the event that demand has outstripped supply Delivery Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute a particular product for another product of similar style and cost. In the event that a container has been depleted due to high demand we will substitute that container to one of similar size and cost. Chocolates will be substituted during the warmer months.

Summer Shipping Policy
From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.

Damages Policy
Delivery Gift Baskets does not provide any additional insurance on any package at the time of shipping therefore we are held to the rules and guidelines set forth by the carrier.

All claims for damage must be received by us within 3 business days of delivery. The day the gift is delivered is considered day one. We may elect to issue a call tag for this damaged shipment. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining the gift using this procedure no refund or credit will be issued. (Repackaging instructions will be provided to you.) Please be prepared to provide proof to the carrier and/or Delivery Gift Baskets of the damage that has occurred. The taking of photos and retaining all packaging materials should be available if the carrier requests proof of damage.

Delivery Gift Baskets will not automatically send you a new product for replacement as it is not our policy. If you wish to reorder this gift it will be necessary to do that by placing your order online and issuing payment for the replacement gift at that time. < br />< br />
